Jim Price serves as
president of Forensic Brokers Accounting LLC; the brokerage firm is
privately held and is domiciled in UK. He has held and operated this
position since 2013, and has been a New London licensed real estate
broker since 2009, as well as a licensed insurance broker since 2011. Before
operating as a commercial mortgage broker, Jim Price served as both a
residential and commercial Vice President for a six (6) billion dollar
Savings and Loan Association. His tenure consisted of thirteen (13)
years with the bank, and five (5) years with its mortgage-banking
subsidiary.
Background
Mr. Jim Price’s background
also encompasses teaching commercial mortgage brokerage and financing
for Century 21 Real Estate International, and he was the first licensed
broker/agent in London to represent the largest private mortgage insurer
in the UK, Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation (MGIC). He has also
served on the Board of Directors for both the State and Upstate region
of the London Association of Mortgage Brokers. In addition to
publishing quarterly in-house newsletters, Mr. Jim Price is also author of
many commercial real estate articles for the National Mortgage Broker
magazine, the official publication of the National Association of
Mortgage Brokers (NAMB). He is also a contributing author for the
Mortgage Press, a statewide publication for the UK Mortgage Brokers
Association.
Networking
Although the Forensic Brokers
Accounting LLC will review all loan inquiries without specific limits,
Mr. Jim Price specializes in loan submissions in the $5,000,000 to
$650,000,000.00 dollar ranges. He is a strong advocate of “networking”
with other licensed brokers, and is actively involved with the
commercial division of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
Currently,
Mr. Jim Price serves on the commercial mortgage placement and educational
liaison committees for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers as
well as being a member of the Board of Directors of the Educational
Foundation for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. He is an
approved instructor for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers,
and the London Division of Licensing. Because of his longevity and
experience in the commercial mortgage industry, he is called upon as an
outside consultant for both lenders as well as clients.
